Sponsorship Conditions (Companies and Entities)
The legal relationship between the Organizing Entity and sponsoring entities is based on agreed advertising obligations.
Payment is considered fulfilled once promotional activities begin. All sponsorship payments are irrevocable and non-refundable.
Suspension or Force Majeure
If the event is suspended or rescheduled due to force majeure (natural disasters, health crises, civil unrest), the organization may:
– Reschedule the Congress, maintaining all registrations and sponsorships.
Acceptance
Payment implies full acceptance of these terms. The organization will ensure transparency and timely communication.
