CALL FOR ABSTRACTS GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS
The Organizing Committee of the IGS Workshop invites the submission of abstracts for the conference, to be held in Santiago, Chile, from June 1 to 5, 2026.
1) ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- Abstracts must be submitted at eAbstract online platform.
- Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 300 words.
- Include all authors' full names, affiliations, and email addresses. You must complete all the required fields indicated by the platform.
- Preliminary deadline: December 15, 2025. (Draft abstract) requires an initial payment of USD 100 to arrange your travel and visa process. This amount will be deducted from the final registration fee.
- Final deadline: April 1, 2026.
2) ACCOUNT CREATION
- Create an author account on the platform eABSTRACT.
- Once the account is created, login as an author to submit the abstract.
- After setting up a new account, you must wait for a confirmation email from the system administration, then you can access your account in e-Abstract and submit your abstract using the online system.
- As the primary author, you can login to review and edit the abstract until the submission deadline.
